Hanukkah

Hanukkah is the most beautiful and mysterious Jewish holiday.
A holiday of miracles.
During the Maccabean revolt against the Hellenists, there was only enough oil to rededicate the desecrated Temple in Jerusalem for one day — but it lasted for eight.

Since then, each evening for eight days, one additional candle is lit, until all eight are burning.

And once again, the residents of Khelom bring their candles to the main square and light them.
